missingWrote a review on Oct 06modern convenienceeasy accessworn carpets
Location sits near the motorway and provides easy access to nearby options for food and services. The rooms feature a unique Travel Buddy smartphone for guest convenience, adding a modern touch to the stay.
The carpets throughout the hotel show signs of wear with unsightly stains, and the bathrooms have seen better days. for example, one had a shower gel dispenser run out. No air conditioning made the already warm rooms feel stuffy on hot days, and the noise from the nearby main road could be quite bothersome at night, disrupting sleep. Attempting to enjoy breakfast proved challenging as many items were either stale or simply absent, leaving little in the way of satisfactory options.

would book here again
The room was spacious and had everything we needed, like a comfortable sofa bed, flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and a private bathroom with good toiletries. It also had heating and air conditioning. We accessed our room easily via lift, and the location was perfect for food options nearby.

We enjoyed our stay with family visiting Harewood House, which is a short drive away. The place offers loads of activities, and after a day of exploring, our family room was spacious and well-equipped, making it a comfortable base for our adventures.
My wife says that the breakfast could be improved, as there weren’t many healthy options for kids.

Perfect for a brief stop, but pricey
I came in late, exhausted, and the staff were right there, giving me a warm welcome. The room was nice, clean, and I loved that comfy big shower, real refreshing after a long drive.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but I guess you pay for quality.

We had a lovely overnight stay with a nice family room that was really cozy and surprisingly modern. The garden area was perfect for relaxing and the TV room had a great vibe for winding down. Only downside was the room got a bit stuffy at night, but nothing that ruined our experience. 👍

Excellent staff and comfortable stay
I had a very pleasant stay with clean and spacious rooms and exceptional walk-in shower facilities. The friendly reception team made check-in and check-out quick and easy, and the free parking was a great advantage. The hotel's location just off the highway was convenient for my journey, but it could benefit from a dining facility that matches the overall quality of the hotel.
